DeWayne Justice has called for the regularly scheduled monthly IEDA Meeting to be held Tuesday, August 16th, 2022. It will be held as a hybrid meeting, with in-person and an online option for those who plan to attend virtually.
The meeting will be held at the Arizona Power Authority (1810 W. Adams, Phoenix, AZ 85007).
Since there will be a board member only work session, we will not be having a special guest. The August 24 month study is scheduled from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM. If you care to watch the session, I believe the APA will be joining from their commission room.
Due to the timing of the 24 month study, the IEDA Meeting will start at 1 PM or immediately following the webinar. We will limit this portion to 1 hour. At 2 PM, we will move into a work session, excluding the consultants. I anticipate this to last roughly 1.5 hours.
A Board report is provided, and is attached for your information. Not everything will be highlighted at the meeting, but feel free to bring up any items on the report for discussion.
